     William Jefferson Richardson was born on 15 September 1845 at Mississippi.1,2 He married Katharine Charlton, daughter of Napoleon Bonaparte Charlton and Sarah Lewis Foster, on 2 July 1882 at Tyler County, Texas.2 He died in 1903 at Rockland, Tyler County, Texas, at age 57 years.1 He was buried at Rockland Cemetery, Rockland, Tyler County, Texas.1
