     Lee Eldridge Minchew was born on 24 February 1937 at Orange County, Texas.2,1 He was the son of Everette Eldridge Minchew and Fannie Marie Ward.1 He appeared as a son on the census of 1940 in the household of Everette Eldridge Minchew and Pearl Minchew at Orange County, Texas.1 He died at 12:23 pm on 5 October 1962 at Chillicothe Hospital, Chillicothe, Hardeman County, Texas, at age 25 years, 7 months and 11 days. He fell asleep at 5:30 am on 01 Oct 1962 while driving 6 miles west of Chillicothe on Hwy 287. As a result he and his daughter Charlott suffered fatal injuries.3 He was buried at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, 101 Block Street, Port Neches, Jefferson County, Texas.4
