     Robert Townley Mann was born on 27 August 1883 at Dodge, Walker County, Texas.1,2 He was the son of Robert Townley Mann and Mary Christian Rhodes.2 He appeared as a brother on the census of 6 June 1900 in the household of Frank Mann at 5th Precinct, San Jacinto County, Texas.2 He died from cancer at 1:10 am on 27 September 1952 at Herman Hospital, 6411 Fannin, Houston, Harris County, Texas, at age 69 years and 1 month.1 He was buried on 28 September 1952 at South Park Cemetery, Houston, Harris County, Texas.1
