     Marguerite Anastasia Comeau was born in 1774.1,2 As of 1774, Marguerite Anastasia Comeau was also known as Marguerite.2 She was the daughter of Benoit Joseph Comeau and Anne Blanchard.2 In 1785,Marguerite Comeau moved with her family to New Orleans, Louisiana.2,3 She married Claude Marie LeBlanc on 9 June 1794 at Plattenville, Assumption Parish, Louisiana.1 She died on 11 December 1845 at Thibodeaux, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, at age 71 years.1
