Isbell and Jane Belle Hopkins.1 He was the informant on the death certificate of Cornelia Catherine Hunter on 15 December 1930 at Austin, Travis County, Texas.2,3 He was the informant on the death certificate of Sidney Ivon Isbell on 4 August 1940 at 3736 Bellaire Boulevard, Houston, Harris County, Texas.4,5 He died from a coronary occlusion at 11:50 am on 18 June 1946 at San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, at age 61 years, 3 months and 11 days.6,1 He was buried at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, Garden of Gethsemane, Houston, Harris County, Texas.1
