     Lucinda Daugherty was born on 31 October 1847 at Milam County, Texas.1,2 Lucinda Daugherty also went by the name of Lou.2 She was the daughter of Hiram Henry Daugherty and Charlotte Collier.1,2 She appeared on the census of 21 October 1850 in the household of Charlotte Daugherty at Milam and Williamson District, Milam County, Texas.3 She married John Henry Lasater on 5 May 1864 at Palo Pinto County, Texas.4,5 She married Ira Ellis Graves on 11 January 1871 at Palo Pinto County, Texas.6,7 She became a widow upon the death of her husband, Ira Ellis Graves, in 1911.7 She died from an abscessed appendix at 3:10 pm on 23 July 1919 at Adair Hospital, 610 Harrington Street, Clarendon, Donley County, Texas, at age 71 years, 8 months and 23 days.1,2 She was buried on 23 July 1919 at Citizens Cemetery, Clarendon, Donley County, Texas.1,2
