     Dilzan Broussard was born circa 1870 at Louisiana.1 Dilzan Broussard was also known as Delzenna Broussard. She married Alphonse Broussard, son of Treville Broussard and Felicienne Broussard, circa 1895.1 She became a widow upon the death of her husband, Alphonse Broussard, on 20 May 1913.2
