     Paul Raoul Guidry was born on 5 August 1870 at Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.1 He was the son of Pierre Solastie Guidry and Zilia Nezat.1 He married Aime Louisia Dejean on 5 January 1897 at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Breaux Bridge, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.2 He died in 1946 at age 75 years.
