     Louise Ducrest was born circa 1779.1 She was the daughter of Louis Armand Ducrest and Catherine Wiltz.1 She married Valerie Bara, son of Vincent Bara and Marie Francoise Labbe, on 16 April 1799 at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church, St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.1
