     Louis Richard was baptized on 30 August 1789 at St. Landry Catholic Church, Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.1 He was the son of Pierre Victor Richard and Marie Magdalaine Brasseaux.1 He died on 23 August 1794 at Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, at age 4 years, 11 months and 24 days.2 He was buried on 23 August 1794 at St. Landry Catholic Cemetery, Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.2
