     Clarisse Cormier was born circa 1848.1 She was the daughter of Alexandre Cormier and Susanne Celanie Ledoux.1 She and Euphemon Mire may have been married on 19 November 1869 at St. Landry Parish Courthouse, Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.2 She married Euphemon Mire, son of Leon Mire and Marie Melanie Royer, on 2 December 1869 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 114 N. Bienvenu Street, Church Point, Acadia Parish, Louisiana.3
