Durham.1 He appeared as a son on the census of 9 April 1930 in the household of Mose Hayes and Sophie D. Durham at Pct 6, Colmesneil, Tyler County, Texas.4 He was a veteran serving as a QM2, US Navy, in World War II circa 1944.5 He married Sadie Doris Clegg, daughter of James Milton Clegg and Myrtle Riley, on 1 September 1946 at Lufkin, Angelina County, Texas.6 His Social Security Number was 466-24-1591 issued before 1951 at Texas.2 He died on 18 February 1998 at Pasadena, Harris County, Texas, at age 74 years and 30 days.2 He was buried at Grand View Memorial Park, 8513 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Harris County, Texas.7
