Hayes and Molinda Hayes at 4th Ward, Bienville Parish, Louisiana.1 He married Alice Harris on 19 November 1896 at Columbia County, Arkansas.3,4 He and his wife Allice A. Hayes appeared on the census of 22 June 1900 at Buena Vista Township, Columbia County, Arkansas.3 He was employed as a farmer on 22 June 1900 at Buena Vista Township, Columbia County, Arkansas.3 He died on 11 December 1910 at age 33 years, 3 months and 23 days.2
