     Levonia Sherrod may have been born on 2 December 1896 at Texas.2 She was born on 2 December 1898.3 Levonia Sherrod also went by the name of Lonnie.3 As of 2 December 1898, Levonia Sherrod was also known as Lony.2 She was the daughter of George Washington Sherrod and Emily Ann Moody.2 She appeared as a daughter on the census of 23 June 1900 in the household of G. W. Sherrod and Emily Ann Sherrod at Pct 6, Shelby County, Texas.2 She appeared as a daughter on the census of 3 May 1910 in the household of George Washington Sherrod and Emily Ann Moody at Pct 1, Shelby County, Texas.1 She married Ernest Iley Shilling, son of Dennis Iley Schillings and Ida Jackson, on 16 June 1918 at Shelby County, Texas.4,5 She died of exhaustion from manic depression at 8:00 am on 31 October 1929 at Rusk State Hospital, Rusk, Cherokee County, Texas, at age 30 years, 10 months and 29 days.6,3 She was buried on 31 October 1929 at Antioch Cemetery, Center, Shelby County, Texas.7
