     Augustin Gradenigo was born circa 1775 at Pensacola, Escambia County, Florida.1 He was the son of Jean Gradenigo and Marguerite Krebs.1 He married Elizabeth Moncharvaux Clermont, daughter of Pierre Clermont and Marie Anne Tisserau Moncharvaux, on 9 August 1796 at St. Landry Catholic Church, Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.1
