     Patsy Ann Salmi was born on 4 April 1947 at Russellville, Pope County, Arkansas.1,2 She was the daughter of Donald David Salmi and Helen Arthur Strickland.3 She died of COPD at her home on 1 July 2013 at Lincoln, Washington County, Arkansas, at age 66 years, 2 months and 27 days.1,2 She was cremated and her ashes were given to her family.4
