He married Scholastique Hebert circa 1795.2 He witnessed the marriage of Ursin Patin and Marie Aspasie Guidry on 22 April 1816 at St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.2 He was the godfather of Marie Silvanie Patin baptized on 21 June 1818 at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church, St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.3 He was the godfather of Joseph Ledoux baptized on 21 April 1822 at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church, St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.4
