     Julienne Azelima Patin was born on 9 February 1821 at St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.1 She was the daughter of Ursin Patin and Marie Aspasie Guidry.1 She was baptized on 20 May 1821 at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church, St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana, at age 3 months and 11 days.1 She married Jean Walker, son of Antoine Walker and Sara Westner, on 24 September 1846 at Cathedral of St. John, 914 St. John Street, Lafayette, Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.2
