     Albina Hopkins was born on 6 February 1846 at Texas.1,2,3 She was the daughter of Andrew Norman Hopkins and Jane McChristian.1 She appeared as a daughter on the census of 24 September 1850 in the household of Andrew Hopkins and Jane Hopkins at Austin, Travis County, Texas.4 She appeared as a daughter on the census of 10 August 1860 in the household of A. N. Hopkins and C. A. Hopkins at Austin, Travis County, Texas.2 She married James P. McArthur on 23 August 1865 at Austin, Travis County, Texas.1 She died from breast cancer at 3:30 pm on 24 January 1921 at 120 East 2nd Street, Houston, Harris County, Texas, at age 74 years, 11 months and 18 days.5,3 She was buried on 25 January 1921 at Masonic Cemetery, Austin, Travis County, Texas.3
